Everyone pop fan in the world knows Lady Gaga's "Alejanndro", but no one has ever heard it quite like this. In this week's Mashup Monday, Massachusetts rockers Dom employ falsetto, accordion and tambourine to perform Gaga's megahit in their own way at Billboard studios.
Dom's eponymously named frontman says the ban's decision to cover Lady Gaga's song, which rose to Nº. 5 on The Hot 100 last year, was a simple one.
"We decided to do 'Alejandro' because it rips" Dom says admiringly, adding that using the accordion came naturally. "I listened (the song) thought, This would sound really good with accordion"
