Check out this picture of a very tan and glowing Lady Gaga and a couple fans hanging out in a bar on the Lower East Side, snapped just 30 minutes ago. Gaga flew into the city last night, and is rumored to be stopping by Nicola Formichetti's pop-up shop in Tribeca during her stay.
