Lady Gaga is seen leaving the ITV studios in London after taping an appearance on the 'Jonathan Ross Show.' Gaga then went on a late night shopping spree in Notting Hill as she headed to a store called "Rellik" She was seen out with hat designer Philip Treacy who may have designed her hat for the evening.
