Lady Gaga was spotted leaving the Lanesborough hotel in October 6th. The singer goes out and about in London wearing a skimpy leather getup with a large black hairpiece. The infamous pop singer had a meeting at the ITV Studios in London and giving London designers some advertising as she wore pieces from Simone Rocha's Spring collection.
