Today celebrates the Worldwide release of Gaga’s third studio effort, Born This Way. The album has sold over 8,000,000 copies worldwide, and debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 and iTunes charts.
Gaga has told us back in November 2010, during her Monster Ball show in the Netherlands, that she would release her first single off the Born This Way album in February 2011. A couple of weeks later, on February 27, Gaga released the music video for Born This Way directed by Nick Knight and it has 94,732,218 hits on Youtube.
