Lady Gaga was spotted leaving the Ritz Carlton hotel in Hong Kong earlier, to take a flight to Tokyo, Japan for her upcoming Born This Way Ball shows. Gaga stopped by fans to take photos and sign autographs.
The singer was wearing a white dress with 3-D crystal embroidery on the shoulders, leather panels on the sculpted peplum bodice and moulded below-the-knee pencil skirt by indian designer Alpana & Neeraj from his Fall 2012 colllection and the amazing sunglasses maded by Zoë Jordan & Andy Wolf .
