As you may know, the new leg of the Born This Way Ball tour started last night with the first concert show at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. Check all the new changes after the jump, because you don't want to miss this.

The first major change until now is that Versace has confirmed on their official Twitter page that Lady Gaga was wearing a full new costumes for her performances of 'You and I,' 'Hair,' 'The Edge of Glory,' 'Scheiße' and a brand new piano.

Other Important Changes
- 'Princess Die' isn't in the setlist anymore.
- Gaga does not receive gifts from fans after 'Bad Kids.'
- An acoustic version of 'The Queen' was added to the setlist.
- 'Electric Chapel' and 'Heavy Metal Lover' have a choreography.
- New 'Marry The Night' keytar was addes as well as the new piano.
- 'Hair' studio version was added to the setlist along with a new choreography.
