Dave Russell, is an audio (recording/mixing) engineer from London. He lives in L.A. In 2010 to 2011, he joined Gaga on her tour bus to make it a recording studio called the Studio Bus. He engineered every songs from "Born This Way" and is currently with Gaga recording "ARTPOP".
Today, Dave Russell answered a question from a fan who asked if a different song was chosen for the first single, and he replied saying:
