Lady Gaga called into the Australia's radio studio station NOVA 96.9 to talk with Fitzy and Wippa about her new album Joanne, Kanye West's hospitalization and in her chat with the boys she put on an impromptu performance of 'Million Reasons.' Listen the full interview below.
The ‘Born This Way’ singer slammed those making fun of Kanye West’s breakdown saying: “I’m aware of the position I have to speak that people listen and that I have a voice in the world and, to be quite frank, I just don’t think it’s okay to throw around jokes or comments about mental illness that way. I think it’s not compassionate and I don’t think it’s nice and kindness is the ultimate healing force in the world. If we could all be more kind everything would be better.” she added.
Gaga confirmed that she will be returning with a tour supporting her new album Joanne: "Absolutely I'll be there for a tour and I can't wait to see my Aussie fans. It's really important to me to always let them know how much I love them and how they have all given me a million reasons to stick around. I always say that and it's so true that I really have in my life realized that not only do I need to be healthy for myself but I need to be healthy for all of those who have loved and supported me over the years. And I just love them so much and can't wait to see their faces when I play these records."
