After arriving at Narita Airport in Tokyo, Japan, Lady Gaga started with the promotion of her new album Joanne by performing an acoustic rendition of her lead single 'Perfect Illusion' at the Japanese show Sukkiri on Tuesday. Watch an excerpt of the show when Hello Kitty designer Yuko Yamaguchi appeared and gave Gaga an exclusive doll and a custom jacket made for her as well as the full performance below.

Some of Gaga's past appearances on the show were in 2013 to perform 'Applause' and 'Gypsy,' from the album ARTPOP, and back in 2009 to perform 'Poker Face.'
