Lady Gaga has released a music video for it seems it will be the next single from her album Joanne. The brand new visual was directed by Jonas Akerlund, the director behind Gaga's past "Paparazzi" and "Telephone" mini-videos and according to Gaga, the same was filmed last month in California prior weeks before her breathtaking Super Bowl Halftime Show performance.
On a phone interview this morning, Gaga talked with Beats1 radio host Zane Lowe about the video and Jonas Akerlund saying: "I have known Jonas for a really long time and we have been waiting to work together again. He directed the music video, but the way that we usually work is he likes to download from me all my visions of the song." "I took him from a bunch of different scenarios and he helped to weave it together into a story," she said. "That's why I like about him too, he has a very cinematic approach, but he does not forget to make it a real music video."
