The GRAMMY nominees have been announced and Lady Gaga has received not just one but, two nominations for the 2018 award show for her latest number one and RIAA's platinum-certified album Joanne and her single 'Million Reasons.'
Joanne will battle against Lana del Rey's "Lust for Life", Coldplay's EP ''Kaleidoscope'', Kesha's ''Rainbow'' and Imagine Dragons' ''Evolve'' for Best Pop Vocal Album category, while Million Reasons will compete against Kelly Clarkson's "Love So Soft," Kesha's "Praying," and P!nk's "What About Us" for Best Pop Solo Performance.
''I'm humbled and grateful that my album Joanne was nominated and also my song 'Million Reasons, Thank you so much Monsters and Grammy voters for believing in this music and me. I love you so much. This is a day to truly celebrate lots of hard work, perseverance, and gratitude through music. Gaga wrote. I never knew her and she never knew me. But my knowledge of her strength in my ancestry through her struggle with lupus got me through a lot of pain. Today she got nominated for a Grammy. Thanks, Joanne. We love you."
