It has been announced that Lady Gaga will join the ex-president Barack Obama and his wife Michelle on YouTube's 'Dear Class of 2020', a video graduation ceremony on June 6 at 12pm PT / 3pm ET.
Barack and Michelle will both deliver their individual commencement speeches
and a joint message to all the graduates The multi-hour event will be streamed
worldwide and will include lectures on traditional graduation-day themes
combined with music performances.
Besides Gaga, the online ceremony special will feature A-list performers and
public figures including South Korean K-Pop band BTS, Alicia Keys, Kelly
Rowland, Zendaya, as well as former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice,
former Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates, Alphabet, and Google CEO Sundar
Pichai, and Malala Yousafzai.

YouTube is partnering with the Born This Way Foundation as well as other
foundations to showcase student stories and feature graduates around the
world, including a crowd-sourced commencement speech. The schedule of
commencement events will be available on the Learn@Home site beginning on May
17.
