Lady Gaga took us by surprise (once again) with the release of the official lyric video for 'Sour Candy,' the amazing collaboration she did with the South Korean K-pop group BLACKPINK. The alienesque theme video takes us on a digital and colorful journey as the lyrics appear. Take a look at the video and some interesting facts about the creative team behind it.

Team Rolfes, a real-time 3D performance and production company formed by Sam and Andy Rolfes were in charge of creating the digital animation, as they puppetted every character using virtual reality in order to get a realistic and natural flying movement, as well as the use of Unreal Engine: a real-time videogame software and creation platform that features photorealistic rendering, dynamic physics effects, animation and much more.

Sam Rolfes thanked trough his social media by saying: ''Honestly, one of the most creatively free and exhilarating pieces I’ve ever worked on, I can’t thank everyone who put hours and hours and hours of their talent and sweat into it enough. We’ve been working long hours for years figuring out our strange experimental animations, and to see people outside of our bubble enjoying it is incredibly rewarding'' he added.
