Lady Gaga has announced her mysterious project, a brand new album titled “Harlequin, ” out September 27.
The album is a companion project to her role as Harley Quinn in the upcoming film Joker: Folie à Deux which hits theaters on October 4th, it´s a collection of jazz standards and vintage pop tunes, marking a creative shift from her previous pop and electronic work on albums like Chromatica.

The special project will be released as a standard CD, a standard vinyl, and an exclusive vinyl from her official store. Harlequin includes 13 iconic tracks such as “Get Happy,” “Oh, When the Saints,” and “Smile,” drawing inspiration from legends like Judy Garland and Louis Armstrong, and also features original material like “Folie à Deux,” which ties into her character’s arc in the film and “Happy Mistake.”
