Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars Perform A Tribute to L.A. at 67th Grammys

Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars took the stage at music's biggest night stage to perform an emotional and touching tribute to honor those affected by the recent Los Angeles wildfires. Their performance was a heartfelt tribute to the resilience of the Los Angeles community.

The duo's collaboration was a standout moment in a night filled with memorable performances. Their rendition of "California Dreamin'" (originally recorded by Barry McGuire but made famous by the Mamas & The Papas) was solemn and beautiful, capturing the melancholic essence of the classic song while paying homage to the city and its residents.

In addition to their performance, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars were honored with the Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their hit song "Die with a Smile." During her acceptance speech, Gaga took a moment to celebrate the queer community, specifically acknowledging the visibility and love deserved by trans people, which earned her a standing ovation.

Gaga earned nominations in two prestigious categories at this year’s Grammys: Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, both for her chart-topping collaboration with Bruno Mars, Die With a Smile, which dominated the Billboard Hot 100.

This marks Gaga’s first Grammy win and performance since 2022 when ''Love For Sale'' claimed the ''Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album'' award. That same night, she delivered a heartfelt tribute to her longtime collaborator, the legendary Tony Bennett, in a performance that resonated with fans and critics alike.
